State-of-the-Art Prepress

Our skilled technicians work with the most up to date hardware and software available, our completely digital prepress utilizes the latest computer-to-plate (CTP) technology. A CREO CTP system provides the highest quality that comes from a CREO first generation dot and provides expedient service. The CREO Trendsetter supports 20 micron CREO Staccato (Stochastic) screening for photo realistic print results.

Brisque

Brisque automates prepress workflow processes. By using Brisque Impose software, PGI is able to maximize press operation time, shorten make-ready, and last-minute changes can be applied with ease. The Brisque workflow uses ROOM (Rip Once Output Many). With this technology our proofs are generated from the same ripped files that will be used to create the printing plates.

ICC Profiles

PGI's Color Management application is provided by Creo Integris Proofing with ICC profiling done in Profile Wizard color calibration software. PGI has enhanced accuracy and reliability in producing contract proofs.
